Why use a weighted matrix instead of a pro/con list?
A pro/con list treats all arguments equally. 'The system is slow' (con) visually carries the same weight as 'It lacks dark mode' (con). A weighted matrix algorithmically forces you to prioritize what actually matters to the business before evaluating the options.
What does the Confidence Score mean?
